We do not suggest applying it on the outside because the weather will deteriorate it. The blackout window film is meant for inside use.

Q: Can this be applied to a sky light?

If the surface is flat and not textured, I’m sure it can be applied to a sky light.

Q: Will it still let in enough light for indoor plants to grow?

Indoor plants will grow normally, this product is effective to block UV rays, glare and some heat.

Q: At night, can you still see out but not in?

If you have a light in anyone can see inside at night from outside. Without a light in its like a regular window.

Q: Is it easy to remove?

Yes it is. The static cling window film goes on with water. If you want to remove it, just take it down without leaving any residues.
