This dial gauge is really well made and for a good price. Gave me accurate results while calbrating my 3d printer.

feels a little cheap, but does what it is supposed to.

This thing is wonderful for setting up the blade and fence on a table saw. You need to attach it to the miter slot, but the guage works like a dream.

Works as good as more expensive models.

They work good . Only vise I have is the face is really hard to turn. I use these on inspections and i blow through indicators like crazy . I hope these last for a while . Any thing is better than harbor freight .

Bought this to replace the diopter for checking the circular symmetry of circular saw blades for my sharpening shop and it works better than expected! Make sure if you purchase this to also purchase the right flat contact and barrel size for it.

This indicator looks good and the mechanism works fine with accurate repeatability. However, I purchased two of these and one was not acceptable because the bezel binds and there is a lot of rough friction between the bezel and the housing. I like the indicator for the price so I requested a replacement. The replacement was worse than the one I returned so I'm returning the replacement also. One good indicator out of three is not good. The bezel must rotate smoothly with little resistance to avoid disrupting the mounting set up (usually a magnetic base).

It is built very well. Easily worth triple the $15 I paid. The dial and body are just a little bulky but still nice.

The indicator seems to work fine, I don't have any of the problems some other reviewers had with the adjustment of the bezel etc. My biggest complain its that the threat of the indicator rod is in Standard (7/64) and all extensions that are sold out there are in Metric (M2.5). I cant seem to find any extensions in Standard threat, which rally renders it useless for me.

Using this for leveling my 3d printer bed, and wow! It’s so awesome to be able to see the bed at its exact distance on such a micro scale. Very helpful product.

Good unit for the money however you will need to have some thing to hold it very still and add a 90° to whatever you are trying to measure. If you’re prepared for that is exactly what it’s advertised
