I have bought a lot of heating pads over the years and this one is by far my favorite!! The highest setting is so hot I often turn it down to the second highest level! It heats up quick and with the hex design there is no feeling of wires while you’re using it. I’m just waiting for it to go on sale so I can buy another one, but definitely was worth the cost for the first one!!

It's high quality and it delivers a good temperature range. Like the safety built in to cut off after 2 hours.

A little smaller than I wanted but the heat is pretty hot on high.

The “warm” setting is very HOT! The low setting is skin burning hot. It’s good if you like it hot!

This heating pad heats every time I use it. In that regard it works successfully. However there are about 4 things I don't like about it. The cord is relatively short & not generous. Every time I want to use it in bed (where else would you use a heating pad?) in my house, the distance from the electric outlet (given the shortness of the cord) makes the control upside down (or backwards) which is irritating. The material is thick which would seem generous but in fact what happens is the pad itself is not that large so I end up experiencing pain because of the demarcation of where the pad ends and how much lower my bed is. Probably because everything is so thick the plastic connector for the electricity also sometimes ends up hurting me. i have a heating pad from another company which is large, thin, has a long cord & offers me none of these problems.
