Love this sponge!!
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love EcoGrove eco-friendly sponges! These sponges are not only fantastic at getting the job done, but they also align perfectly with my commitment to being eco-conscious. They have a durability that’s truly impressive – they don’t fall apart or become a mushy mess like some other sponges I’ve used in the past. What’s more, the best part about EcoGrove sponges is that they never develop that unpleasant odor that plagues many other brands. It’s a breath of fresh air (literally!) to have a sponge that remains odor-free.I can confidently say that EcoGrove sponges have become an essential part of my household cleaning routine. They’re a guilt-free, eco-friendly choice that delivers exceptional performance. Highly recommended!

Not a good one
It may be environmentally friendly and organic but it is terrible in cleaning. It even tore into pieces in 2-3 usages. It does not scrub well. I bought to wash my toddler’s dishes but it is not a good one. I would not recommend using this.

Great Eco-friendly product!
Besides the price, I was really expecting some sort of drawback to these sponges compared to the traditional, less environmentally friendly alternatives. But it felt very sturdy and durable, more than my other sponges. So for the past 10 days, I've really put them to the test. One to clean my dishes regularly, one to clean my bathroom regularly, and one to deep clean my kitchen. These are actually sturdier and more durable than all my normal sponges, and they clean just as well! These clearly are going to last at least as long as regular sponges.A great product that makes a difference in sustainability and environmental care, even if it's a small one, without sacrificing quality. Even the packaging is nice, completely recyclable of course while feeling premium and having feel-good messages about their goal: Everyone can play their small part in change.

Sturdy at first, but white layer falls apart
[Update: after a few weeks of lite use, this item is now makin' messes not cleaning them. The white sponge side can't tolerate even a gentle wipe of my countertop, leaving a half-dozen sponge fragments behind on every pass.]I nerded out on this one and compared it with TWO other sponges: a standard Scotch-Brite and a walnut scrubber sponge from Full Circle. All three performed well at first, but the Ecogrove is the stiffest of the three, which means it wasn't as nimble in tight spaces and resisted a good squeezeout. On the pro side, stiff can be good for tougher jobs and the Ecogrove feels very sturdy and probably will last a good long time. [Wrong.] (Neither of the other 2 are particularly flimsy, to be fair.) It also seems more abrasive than the Full Circle, altho I overall prefer the Full Circle, but you may feel differently. Both the Ecogrove and the Full Circle have a coconut husk colored scrubber side and a fluffy white sponge side. The Scotch-Brite is your typical plastic-derived product in two shades of blue.Ecogrove is basically invisible online and is made in China BUT I got a very prompt and passionate response from the owner explaining why: she's a mom, works full-time in the US, and is also trying to start an eco business on the side. Website on the way. The narrative on the box is well-written and compelling. The Full Circle, on the other hand, is made in Canada by a Certified B Corporation (google it). I recommend Full Circle.

Yuck
The sponges are kind of pretty, but the white sponge shows every tiny little stain, but doesn’t rinse out well. The scrub part is that ridiculous mix of coconut fibers and crunched up mulch. I hate these kind, it shed those little fibers in my sink, and after a few uses needed to be replaced.
