Munchkin Milkmakers Lactation Cookie Bites, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, 10 Ct

So I’ve always been a fan of the milk makers cookies when breastfeeding. In the past I always used the oatmeal chocolate chip (very tasty) but I noticed this new lemon flavor after the birth of my youngest. Honestly, the initial bite made me immediately regret giving this flavor a shot but after another bite or two, I was hooked. They’re amazing. The flavor is different and very sweet but these cookies are so good, I would want them even if I wasn’t breastfeeding- but since I am, I also want to point out that I can tell a huge difference in milk supply after adding these snacks back to my diet. I don’t even mind the extra calories. I believe the satisfying flavor and the nutritional value it has in regards to my milk supply makes them completely worth the extra 230-690+ calories. I’d also like to point out that I have atleast 2–3 Servíngs daily and the increase in milk supply blows my mind! (I don’t think having more than 1 serving daily is necessary to see an increase, however.**)Side note: I just found out about this 10 pack being offered vs the 8 pack I was ordering and it is definitely the better value!

These lactation cookies are delicious! I was worried about the taste when I purchased them because you never know but I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were. I can also feel an increase in my milk supply when I eat them. They are a crunchy cookie.

This is my second time breast feeding and taking this cookies the first time I took the chocolate chip ones they didn’t have this with caramel. And I want to eat the whole box, they are crunchy not hard nor dry since they have caramel. Super yummy

I would definitely recommend this for any breastfeeding mom! And I would love to eat them after breastfeeding 😂😂 I love how they taste !

Usually love these cookies. I feel like they do help my milk production. Only problem is this particular batch seems stale. Don’t want to go through the hassle of returning but I’ve since bought them in another flavor and they were fine again. Hoping if I continue to buy they won’t be stale again

So yummy! Better price on Amazon than my local Target. Plus, you can get the completion discount if they’re on your registry. I really enjoyed them as a treat. Can’t speak to their effectiveness yet, but even if they help a little bit, I’m happy. I like their proportioned size to grab as a treat and not overeat the whole box. They were crispy and fresh and high quality. I enjoyed and plan to purchase the salted caramel again, and try the other flavors too!

These work! I was struggling a bit with nursing as I felt I was not producing enough. I ate these for a week straight. They are crunchy and the flavor of the Oatmeal chocolate is my favorite.

I enjoyed these, they affordable compared to other brands and the quality is good. Taste and texture is good as well, crunchy not chewy and a bit dry. Now in matters of ingredients, it’s not the big deal, definitely something you can recreate at home and add more ingredients that would help with your milk supply. Did it work? I don’t think so!?!? it’s only worth it unless you don’t have time to make your own lactation snacks.
