So far these had been used to clamp onto a 40 foot piece of metal siding and lower it from 12 feet to the ground. It worked very well. Good grip.They seem to be of good quality.

Immediately upon unboxing, this Locking C-Clamp felt solid and sturdy. Unlocking was simple and the mechanical movements were smooth. The clamp pads are well made, durable and pivot/grip beautifully. All rivets are solid press and will not come apart like pressed or two-piece.I took this clamp right to the garage and clamped a few pieces of metal together and it was easy to single-hand operate and held beautifully. Release was also smooth, clean and easy. A superb Vise-Grip like clamp and a great value!

This is a well made clamp. We are using it today to assemble a metal roof structure. It has worked perfectly without any issues. The quick release works smoothly as does the adjustment screw. Slightly below the local hardware prices for similar clamps. So I rate this a good value.
