For years I’ve bought the cheapest detox pads I could find. My last buy, the adhesive part was horrible. I decided to try a better quality foot pad. I’m glad I did. This product has the best adhesive pad I’ve seen. It is just sticky enough, but easily cleans off in the morning and the adhesive part comes off in a single piece. Not several pieces like the cheap pads.

I have used a similar product and the other one was better, just wanted to try and see if this one was any better. But I will have to say I will stay with the other product. This one has a strong very strong smell of tabaco and I don’t smoke and don’t like it. Feel the same have used it for 4 days straight and didn’t see any difference. The adhesive it’s very weak put them on and if I don’t put any socks it will came off like 10 minutes later

First time user, I bought these because Amazon recommend them, and the moment I put them on, I felt instant stress relief, like a peaceful wave rolling over my body and I felt my feet tingling lightly and felt my blood moving through my legs, a gentle numbness type of feeling. The adhesive worked great, no need to wear socks at night they stayed in place. I've had the best sleep I've had in a while, which is hard because I suffer from PTSD, and I woke up not feeling tired, enegery drained and groggy, but a little groggy and with energy. Can't wait to see what tomorrow holds.Follow-up: I have used the entire product and can report that these were amazing. Every time I put them on, I would feel a strong tingling sensation in my foot, and that sensation would go from my feet up my legs to my knees. I noticed how good I felt in the morning, woke up feeling rested and full of energy. While using these my sleeps were uninterrupted with no night terrors or flashbacks due to my PTSD. Furthermore I suffered from pain in my left heel, that would be so much worse in the morning and would remain a nuisance with every step during the day, my doctor said it was an inflamed tendon from my job, I'm a certified freight conductor. Well, after three nights of use, the pain was gone. Just gone. No explanation, but it came back after the product had ran out, and as of typing this, I don't have that pain any longer. Oh, I also wasted a night because I had read a WebMD article saying these were scams and if you just left them exposed to air or purified water then the material would turn black, well, I tried that, I left one pair open and exposed to air on my night stand and the second, open, wet with hot water, and exposed to air, and they stayed the same color before you use then for 10 hours.

Loved that it was easy to apply and stayed on the whole night.

Sent to niece, she was very appreciative because the made her legs feel much better.

This is easy to use- you can really smell the charcoal- my feet don’t feel different after use but they smell!

I used everyday for a week straight, not sure if it’s working or if it’s snake oil
