KrusteazMeyer Lemon Pound Cake Mix (16.5 Ounce (Pack of 4))

My husband loves lemon pound cake and the drizzled icing should bite back. This one is perfect and very easy to make.

The recipe for the mix is easy and the cake is nice and dense like pound cake should be. It's moist as well. I added a little fresh lemon juice to the water and a 1/4 tsp of lemon extract to the glaze to give it a little more lemony flavor, but the cake would be fine without it.

If no one knew any better, they would believe you bought it at the bakery

I have made lots of these cakes over the last year, since I discovered it. I add fresh whole blueberries to the batter, and it makes a phenomenal and easy treat. It also freezes very nicely, to make ahead and have on hand ready made, as long as you seal it well for the freezer. My friends have also gotten on the lemon blueberry pound cake band wagon. SO GOOD! Fabulous mix that makes it simple to whip up with very little effort or added ingredients.. The only slight negative might be that I feel it is priced a little high on Amazon. But I paid it anyway. It’s THAT GOOD.

I love most of Krusteaz products the lemon pound cake is delicious however it is more expensive on Amazon site than it is at the local store. Unfortunately I have a broken leg so I sucked it up and ordered it online. Still taste great even for $1.50 more a box!

This exact product 16.5oz 1 box sells for everyday price $2.14.This order from Amazon seller charged over $12.00 for two boxes.MAJOR RIP OFF!!! Plus the shipment took too long to arrive. Walmart brings it to my door the same day.Guess, I need to compare before ordering.

Easy to use and my first disappeared in about 5 minutes. Great with cranberries!
