Super watch quality and very smart watch

The media could not be loaded. Don't Buy Hammer Watch Before reading this. I have purchased a watch in august. After 2-3 days when i set a white wallpaper i came to see there is some dead pixels in the display. I tried to talk to the customer care which took 3 days to get connected. After discussion i have to send the watch to their service center with my cost.After 7-8 days they returned the same device without any repair and replacement and told the device is fine.Again i have registered a complaint for repair.Today i.e After two months of purchase i git the device today and you can see in the video how poorly they repaired. They changed the display but the rorary button is not working properly.Now they told again i have to send the product to the service centre for repair.Product build quality is average and Bluetooth calling is worst outside.I suggest don't buy hammer products because the products are not value for money and after sales service is worst.

The service of Hammer is good, the buit quality of the watch is made of plastic but it's durable. They have unique features in terms of price range. So good value of money. They need to enhance on comfort as it lacks behind in terms of look and comfort.

The watch's Bluetooth calling feature is a nice addition, allowing me to take calls directly from my wrist, which is convenient during workouts or when my phone is not easily accessible.The inclusion of over 60 sports modes is impressive, catering to various fitness activities and sports enthusiasts. Additionally, the SpO2 and heart rate tracking capabilities provide valuable health insights, making it suitable for those looking to monitor their well-being.However, I found the overall performance and accuracy of the sensors to be somewhat inconsistent. At times, the heart rate and SpO2 readings were not as reliable as I would have liked. Additionally, the voice assistant feature could be improved, as it occasionally struggled to understand commands accurately.While the watch does offer a good range of features, its execution feels a bit lacking, and the performance could be more consistent. For the price point, it's an "ok ok" option, but there are better smartwatches available with more reliable performance and accuracy in the same price range.

The media could not be loaded. Urgent Refund requested as it measured, all three reading ( BP, Oxizon, Heart Beat, etc) all of a dead( Bedsheet), I don't require such item. Three videos of error is attached for your reference.

The product firstly seemed ok but after opening I found out one of the straps were missing and watchitself had a major scratch on its back. I have claimed a replacement will see how it will turnout.
