Amazing backpack!

I like this bag so I am ordering a new one but it came in the mail completely ripped on one strap and with the straw ripped from the bag and missing. There was a huge hole in the bag where the straw was torn off.

We are an active outdoor family. This is the perfect size. Holds a good amount of water, especially when you’re out here in Arizona. Not only does it hold the water well, but we were able to pack some dog treats and toys along for our walk. No leaking, and feels sturdy. You just pop the blue mouth piece up to drink and down to lock. Definitely recommend!!
