These are easy-to-take capsules, probably good for digestion. I do take other pre- and probiotics occasionallyAt $25month, I wouldn't take it without some clear test saying I needed thrive specifically.The one caveat I have is that the description says they're safe for children. A medical degree isn't necessary for us to know we should consult a doctor, especially before giving supplements to children.

This is a good prebiotic - loved using it.

I chose to take these capsules by swallowing, which is very easy to take and they don't have a bad taste. I also notice that these do not make me feel nauseous. I like the quality of this product because I noticed that after taking these, I have less instances of encountering a regular upset stomach. The size of the capsules are average, which makes it easy to swallow.

I like probiotic gut stuff 🫃. I prefer refrigerated but shelf stable still good if thats all I got.To me supplement ingredients are only as trustworthy as the brand. I perused listing for the Justthrive brand and I note a broad professional product lines with good reviews = legit vendor.At current price of ~$45 for a 30-say supply (at recommended 4 capsules per day), I rate 4-⭐️ in consideration of price/value/choices.
