Directions say to take five but I’ve only been taking three so far kind of a lot to put down. We’ll see how my skin and hair do after a while.

Definitely can see and feel a difference in my hair as well as my skin.

These pills are better than the powder since you can take them on the go. But the directions say you need to take 5 for the day which is a lot since the pills are pretty large. I ended up taking 2 in the morning and 3 at night. It helped to spread it out.

I have been using these for about 2 years. I ran out and didn't use for about a month. Lazy faze! Then, I compared a selfie to an older one. I reordered more that day! I could really tell a difference around my eyes and forehead.

I have used several protein products but this hands down is the best! My skin looks amazing and the hair growth is so exciting!!!

There is no taste, my joints feel better. Easy to take.

Not bad. A little large and often gets stuck in my throat so I am mindful to place it on my tongue longways and further back. Better than the powder form for me as, even though they say it has no taste, it does alter the taste of whatever it is I am drinking so I prefer the capsules.
