Very impressive product. It is heavy duty - in fact, it is physically much heavier than I expected. The combination of dial and key lock is a nice safeguard. History has taught me that sometimes these dial locks can fail, so having the key as s backup is smart. And as for the dial lock, it works perfectly. It is easy to reset, and the mechanism is precise. I highly recommend this lock.

Sturdy chain, cover has not yet degraded (nice feature to protect the bike paint) & mechanism works with ease thus far. Having 2 options for unlocking has proven beneficial, given the last couple of bike lock & chains we had became unuseable because our child kept losing his keys.Not a problem anymore! I keep the keys & He set the combo so now I don't have to worry about a replacement or breaking out cable clippers.IMHO, Good value for the money given everything is inflated right now. Has some weight compared to a flimsy cable, but not to the extent of being a problem.

Used it a couple of times. It was very easy to set the combination and it has a nice weight to it. Seems to be well made.

Dual lock works expected the key and number lock are complete independent means key lock cannot be opened by code and visa virsa still a great product strong and useful

Works perfect. My son used for when he rode his bike to camp every day this summer. It is a little heavy but he put in his backpack for the ride to and from and was fine.

The lock only worked fine for two weeks when suddenly, it WOULD NOT open up when the code was entered. I noticed that three of the four number wheels would make a click sound, so I am assuming one of the wheels stopped working. Well, that's crappy, but at least the lock also came with a key ... except that two weeks later, the key is stuck in the lock after opening it. No matter what I do, the key will turn but it will not loosen from the lock. And the key is also a cheap piece of crap because it started bending and is getting misshapen after three attempts to free the key from the lock. Don't waste you money ... it's JUNK!

Easy to operate by a kid, ideal to keep a bike safe at school

This lock is brilliant, very chunky and keeps my electric bike safe

Super einfach einzustellen. Passt perfekt um das Fahrrad an Laternen oder anderen festen Baulichkeiten zu sichern. Auch mehrere Fahrräder sind schnell gesichert.Tolle Idee das es auch zusätzlich einen Schlüssel hat. Würde ich wieder kaufen. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
