Easy to set up
This is a wonderful, silent, large capacity water fountain that is very easy to set up. The only drawback is the need to order filters separately as it only comes with one.

Excellent fountain, easy to clean and my cat loves it!!
The media could not be loaded. Finally a water fountain my cat actually likes!I tried three others before getting this one and each time there was something about them that spooked my boy so he wouldn’t go near them. One was stainless steel which he gave a wide berth, one had a blue light that lit up the whole hallway at night and seemed to terrify the cat and the last was described as having a white light but at night it shone through a strip of blue plastic and again terrified the cat !I am so pleased we found this one, it’s incredibly easy to set up and clean, you just switch it off and lift the bowl off the base and go clean it, no need to unplug or anything. There are no nasty places you can’t get too as it’s an oval bowl, the top simply clips off and is easy to dismantle and clean and there are no complicated or sharp parts plus it has no strange lights. It’s seems to be durable and well made so what more could you ask for. My boy has given it his full seal of approval

Leaked everywhere
I bought this item with high hopes. I loved the idea of a cordless pump and was looking for something easy to clean and quiet. To start with the positive, it was extremely easy to put together and it was very quiet when the water was running.I quickly noticed a bit of water around the device. Luckily I had it sat on a rubber mat as if I had not, it would have caused damage to the floor. Initially I thought it was my cat that had made a mess getting used to the new water bowl so I wiped it all up and left it. The next day the whole base was sodden. It was clearly leaking although I’m not sure where/how.I ordered a replacement, and had the same issues. Needless to say both have been returned and I will not order a replacement.A quick google search shows that this is a defect with the design and many users experienced the same issue.Buyer beware, but as a minimum please test it on a leakproof mat so it doesn’t damage your floors.

Excellent indoor bird bath (yes, really), genuinely quiet, but doesn't hold water when off
I have finches and they enjoy bathing, which is important welfare and enrichment for them. However, they tend to get the bathwater impossibly dirty, meaning I often needed to change standing water several times a day. This cat drinker with a filter has proved a very good solution. It took them some time to get used to it - they didn't go near it for more than a week after I put it in the cage - but now they jump into it and splash around happily whenever they want.I am unusually noise sensitive, so I was nervous about having a fountain pump in my living room, but I have only had problems with the noise when the water has started dripping through due to my not being prompt about cleaning it (bird seed gets in above the filter and sprouts - I'd assume most people wouldn't have that problem if it was being used by a cat). If I put my head close to the cage I can just hear the pump, so it isn't literally silent, but I can't hear it at all a metre away.I have the wired version which runs continuously when it has power, and I run it on an external timer so it turns off at night (this type of bird isn't active in the dark so it would simply be a waste of power to have it going continuously). It is easy to take off the dock, take apart, clean, put back together, and put back on the dock, with minimal fuss and little disturbance to the (rather nervy) birdies. The dock is a very worthwhile feature in this context as it is much easier than fiddling about with cables through the bars of a cage. The USB plug fitted through the bars easily when I first set it up and everything except the water bowl just stays put. With only two small birds using it, it doesn't tend to need cleaning or refilling more than every week or slightly more (has more to do with how fast the bird seed grows, than with how fast the water gets dirty!).The only possible frustration is that it really does not hold an emergency supply of water in the top tray when the power switches off: it drains down completely within a few minutes. This is probably an advantage rather than a disadvantage with regard to my use of it, because it means the top is not wet all the time and therefore is less likely to have algae problems (I always offer a separate supply of drinking water anyway) but it isn't as advertised. I have no idea if this is a common fault as I have only ever had the one.All in all, an excellent product so long as it holding water when off is not an essential feature for you. And a very good solution for letting small birds have a bath whenever they want without needing to worry about hygiene problems!

Excellent, barely audible cat drinking fountain!
This is a great cat drinking fountain. I purchased the plug in one without the motion sensor. It’s barely audible and it has a spout option which trickles the water like a tap which my kittens absolutely love. I have 3 x 10 month old kittens who stopped wanting to drink from a water bowl and I was worried they weren’t getting enough water. They are all using it regularly, and the water is lasting about a week from full to minimum level. The filter replacements are quite expensive, which is the only downfall so far as I can tell, however with the soft water in Scotland I probably won’t need to change it as frequently as recommended (fortnightly). Great that you can see the water lever, and appears easy to clean. The oblong design means that 2 cats can drink simultaneously. Like the lid clips too, which stop my curious kitten from pulling out the drinking bowl from the water tank. It is a nice modern design which does not look cheap or tacky like other fountains I’ve seen. Would highly recommend!

Happy cats
My cat kids love it :D so easy to set up, and very well built. The size of it is perfect and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. The water spout isn’t loud either, I can’t even tell it’s on with how quiet it is. Excellent value for money, 100% recommended.

Love this!
I have always had cat fountains from a different company but love the idea that this one has no wires to the motor and the main tank and motor can easily be sanitised,Its whisper quite too plus looks good- doesnt take up too much room and the cats all love the spout where the water flows over.perfect for all cats and kittens but expecially those that like drinking from a tap!
