This book is all you need beginner, intermediate or advanced gym goer. PERIOD.
I have being training naturally for 8 years and watched many videos and read around the subject. In the last year I feel my training has peaked and it feels it’s at its optimum. However, as a natural lifter the gains of course have slowed down and I am still willing to read around the subject. Reading this book I was happy to learn that 90% of what I am doing matches Jeff’s advice.I would thoroughly recommend this book for beginners and can personally say it contains the 8 years of information I have found through videos/books/experience. I have followed Jeff for years as he is one of the only influencers I will take advice from as he can make a statement and back it up with peer reviewed evidence.Even for intermediate and advanced gym goers you may take slightly less information from this book but I can say the 10-20 tips I took have advanced my training even more. For example, the mind muscle connection chapter in particular has completely changed the feel of my workouts. But I cannot stress enough for new gym-goers don’t bother with YouTube/tik-tok etc. Use this book and maybe Jeff’s videos to aid you with form.5 Stars Jeff. Incredible.

A worthy and much-needed edition to the lifting cannon
If you’ve watched any of Jeff’s YouTube videos then you’ll know what to expect: high quality production, no bs straight talk, oodles of new tricks and all with scientific receipts. This book is a must-read for ANYONE who has us is considering to lift some weights. It’s logically structured and jam-packed with an so many wonderful insights it’s pointless trying to list them all. Everyone can learn something from this. I’ve binged 112 pages already and only stopped to write this. Next stop, checking out a sneak peak at those 20(!) programmes he’s included. A bargin at any price

Fantastic Book - Some odd smudge marks on the front of the book.
I'm only 50 pages into the book and the content and info is fantastic. I am not the best with reading but have found this super easy to follow and informative. Only thing is on the front of the book there are some smudge marks - maybe the person boxing it up had greasy hands?

Great book especially……
This is a great book especially if you’re training to become a personal trainer or if you’re just training yourself. Sometimes I struggle to watch full YouTube videos about the exercises because I get distracted or end up watching them passively…. With the book you make the effort to sit and read it and actually take in what you need to do and how to perform it. Only thing i wish is that it was a paperback and a bit lighter to carry around (especially if using it with PT training/studying)
