Perfect and sticker is strong

I was looking for the perfect shoe heel insert and I think I found it, material is soft to the skin and is not either thick or thin.

Very sticky glue will not come off ! Great

I used only once , 1 one didn’t stick well , I find glue all over my socks , second one stick well, when I tried to take it off it went to a small pieces which created mess and not ease to take this thing off completely till now . As well this can be suitable for snickers but not for boots , too small for it

Literally came apart after one wear and disintegrated in my shoe, it somehow also stained my shoes black, and was hard to remove without ripping it and left tape residue in my shoe. These are brand new shoes and it ruined them after one wear
