This hobbyist vice is perfect for all the little jobs I have for it, and with the added attachments I can start doing other types of work, it’s great value for money l, and simple to use, also the suction cup is very powerful and won’t pull off under normal use, easy to clean and very sturdy

A fun little gadget and useful if you need an extra pair of hands for a craft or DIY project.The suction base creates a rock solid seal and it grips nicely.

The idea behind this is quite good, particularly that it sticks to a hard surface - and indeed, when it sticks, it sticks quite well for a while... but slowly it seems to lose it's grip and flies off at the most inopportune moment. The red ends on the bar that you use to open/tighten the jaws also fly off which means the bar slides out and you have to then reassemble. If it wasn't made from purest Chineseium, this would be a good product.

The castings are really nice and it’s very sturdy unfortunately it’s like all the Chinese vices they don’t hold. The screw needs to be replaced for the jaws to work properly. Apart from that it is worth the money it’s nice to have the soft jaws for awkward shaped objects.

Not a bad little tool for using in model making . Just the job for holding small things .

Really useful little vice.Great for small soldering activity when 3 hands are needed.

My desk top is a 'wood grain' veneer or formica surface and I found the suction pad on this table vice didn't stick to it for very long at all.The yellow rubber/plastic holders also limit what you can usefully and useably clamp into position. I bought this specifically to hold XLR connectors to solder cable onto the terminals and found that the yellow lugs limited the positions to clamp the connectors.It did its job and was better when using on a kitchen worktop (a piece of glass or a tile would probably work equally as well), but I've seen an adjustable Stanley bench vice which would be better.

Had to re-tap the holes holding the jaws/screws. Too small for the screws provided. Not something a normal hobbies would have.Works as intended. Cheap, does the job
