So much easier than the disc ones. Easy to fit and no more struggling to fit the ear piece into the disc to replace filter.

Work well, cheaper this way that buying from your Audiologist
Some times can't remove the old cap from the hearing-aid, but a bit of playing around and you can do so. As small as they are, it is not anything other than a hinderance. Otherwise not a big problem just a frustration.
