The product is lovely, it holds my curls really well during the summer months so far, I have brought this now twice and highly recommend for a longer curly wash day.It smells lovely but I love all of bouclemes products if you’re not a big fan of essential oils you might not like it.

I was reluctant to change to the new conditioner as I liked the last one a lot. It’s great! I really feel that my curls last longer, even in damp weather.

I bought this and it must be off as I smelt Terrible, I have had to go to Boots to but another one....why can't I get a refund if the product is not fit for use !!!!

If it wasn’t for the flakes, the review may have been at least a 3 stars or even a 4 stars because the gel actually does lock the curls nicely (for my 4b-4c hair type), however in all my years of being natural and having tried various gels and creams I have never had to deal with flakes which resemble “grey hair” to this extent! It is absolutely ridiculous! The amount of it raining down my face and blouse like there is no tomorrow! 😮 for that alone, it is a deal breaker for me and I don’t intend to ever buying this product again.In fact I really wanted it to work despite the many comments I saw from people complaining about the strong citrus smell (well it is there but it is not the issue here for me), so I even tried to just thoroughly shampoo my hair and use the gel on its own just to give it a chance to work well, but still I had flakes, though a bit less than when paired with a leave in conditioner. But at the end of the day, those flakes are just so annoying! Sorry, it’s a “never again” for me.
