Digital Code Lock Door Lock - Chrome - Weather Resistant KeyPad Combination Key Coded Button Lock

Using this lock for my outside back gate and has been installed for almost 2 years and he’s working flawlessly.

The lock is nice and solid and the mechanisms feel strong.However, the method for setting your own personally chosen code requires the back plate to be removed and little metal tabs to be swapped around, and then the back plate replaced. But there are springs that you have to be careful not to dislodge which I found very awkward to achieve as you need to hold it one way up to stop the springs falling, and the other way up to stop the tabs from falling out. In the end, I just left the code as it was set in the factory, and I'll train myself to remember it, it was easier to do this.

Easy to use easy to fit easy to install also comes with a code already but you can change it yourself gives you instructions on how to do it.. but the buttons are really nice to press there not stiff. I bought these locks to fit to the two pedestrian access doors to my garage.They were pretty straight forward to fit and the templates were accurate. There were a couple of areas where I had to adapt the doors but that was because my doors weren't standard.After fitting, the locks are solid and substantial, offering peace of mind with regard to security.Setting my own PIN was easy enough and you can choose to have anything from 3 to 7 digit combinations.Unless there's something I've missed, my only complaint is that no matter what combination you put in, eg 12345, the lock will open however you input the digits eg 52413. This would seem to be the case that the more digits you use the less secure the lock becomes. Only a minor negative but there none the less.For the price, very good locks

The instructions are really confusing and not clear at all. It took me a good few hours to install (zero prior experience), but I eventually got there and it seems to be working ok.

Great bought before had to replace last one as lock stuck and unable to open from one sideI’m sure it could have been fixed but easier to buy again

I would not recommend.The catch doesn’t work it gets stuck if I open it from the handle inside as it won’t close.Somethings the numbers don’t work.The lock piece gets stuckIt’s not fit for purpose and I’ve had to buy something else.

I bought 5 of those digital locks. Overall, happy with the quality, however, the hold-back button doesn't work on all of the locks.
