Christmas present for my grannyIt had quite a presence in the room, mild but mystical. Lovely ornament.

I ordered this rose as a gift. It turned up with parts missing and damaged. I.e no batties, screws missing and over all messy. After emiling Sophia she was very sorry about it and offered to replace it, even said it would be her sending it so I wouldn't have any more hassle. Wonderful I thought. Sadly it has turned up unfulfilled. The brown carrier box was not wrapped this time so my hubby was able to see the gift on the side of the box so not point in a surprise gift anymore. Sophia did put extra batties inside this time that's all good but it had no gift bag and the plastic box is messy again so will have to clean hoping not to break the rose. Overall I'm disappointed. Sophia seemed helpful but with no love, care or thought put in when sending to customer, this let's it down plus is does look cheap. It's alot of money for what it is. I wouldn't order again. Plus it comes with a gift card saying ( we apologise for any inconvenience and won't rest until you are satisfied) I'm not satisfied.

the overall product looks great and well presented but only issue is no batteries and if that's not bad enough they do not tell you what size is required

I ordered this over the busy Christmas period, it arrived broken due to the post person throwing it in the garden and with the time left before Christmas, I couldn't reorder and get it in time for Christmas but I was able to get a full refund very quickly and the return was easy. Other than the glass being broken, it looked very nice and sturdy. Would of been a nice gift.
