Really pleased, very easy to install. In fact I ordered another pair the next day. Great product great service.

One thing to mention when putting these on wood frames is not to put them at the same level as arm.. I forgot to take key out and walked past it and I honestly thought I needed stitches as the key nearly took away part of my arm. Ouch! Anyway safety aspect good and peace of mind.

Like a muppet I thought this time "for safety" I would follow the instructions. What I should have done is reverse the instillation as it would have been a better fit and look better. Don't get me wrong the locks are great and do the job just double check your fitting.

False advertising picture shows screw caps that's why I chose and paid extra for this item very disappointed when it arrived without covers had to fit anyway

The product itself is a good idea, designed in a nice simple way. Unfortunately the build quality is low. I wish I had know it was of low quality before I went drilling holes in my window frame. Still does what it is supposed too.

This is a very good product. It was very easy to install. All I did was small pilot holes for the screws and was as simple to install. Holds the window open a small amount but not enough for anyone to climb through

Does what it’s supposed to do and easy to install...with just one negative comment.....with a bradel and screw driver this should and would have only taken a matter of minutes to put up save for the fact that the white plastic housing that covers the base is almost impossible to remove prior to fixing......wasted about half hour of my life struggling to get the damn thing off with pliers......to the manufacturer DO NOT put the cover on before packaging!

Perfect for my little girls room. Just moved into a new house and the windows opened very wide and had no safety latch. Having these makes my little girl safe I'm very happy and they were easy to install.
