Perfect for your Synology 923+
Plug and play in a Synology 923+, just the way it should be. I am currently using the set with a 2.5Gbit switch and they work perfectly. The card knows the network is 2.5Gbit and sets itself accordingly. The improvement from 1Gbit is substantial and very noticeable. I used to see 110-115 MB/sec in backups and rsyncs and now see 280-290 MB/sec consistently.I so recommend this card for your Synology NAS units that support it. Only down side is it's a bit expensive for a 10 Gig card compared to ones for your PC.

Works Great, but Do Not Run Memory Test
The card works as advertised. Installation is a breeze. One caveat: don't attempt to run Memory Test in DSM 7. It will fail with a disconnect message. Synology should do a better job of making this known.

I never received the two port card, even though that is what I ordered and was charged for.The one port card did work properly when it was installed
