I love my swing. It’s beautiful, durable and was easy to set up.

The media could not be loaded. All parts were present plus tools needed. Appearance is very good. The only deficit is the low quality of wood materials: Very soft

Comfortable and quality swing. Easy to assemble as it has easy to understand instructions. Did make an email contact to the company suggesting to them the cup holders could be larger as they are more can holders. Also needs a hole drilled in the holder as rain collects in it and has no way of draining. The company immediately responded and provided proof of my suggestion forwarded to their design crew. The company also was quick to respond and replace a part I requested. Clearly customer oriented company.

There was one board on the swing that was rough and had a crack in it. I let the company know and they were so friendly and helpful to resolve the problem.I am very happy with the swing. It is just as picture. I would buy from this company again.

The product dimensions state it is 21.3 X 48 X 19.1. This is very misleading because the actual dimensions you can use for sitting in is 16 inches for your bottom and 15 inches for your back. They are including the the 3 inches over lap where back and the seat are connected. If the actual seat dimension was 21.3 and the back19.1 it would be a great product. Easily assembled, sturdy and the finish looks good.

The swing itself is of good quality but the swing is not of adequate size for adults. It should be marketed for children or persons ov=f very small structure . My spouse is 4'11" an it fit her perfect. I am 5'6" and it is very uncomfortable.
