Excellent and convenient drill
I bought this in 2020 and the battery died on me today for the first time. I think the motor's burnt out today as well, but to be fair I've probably pushed this drill beyond its limits (ah, me 3 years ago not realizing you need a special drill to penetrate brick..). I'm surprised the battery lasted so long and I've already ordered another- this one I'll take better care of now that I have a hammer drill! (JULY 2024 EDIT: The motor was fine! I bought another drill with an extra battery and the old one still worked, so now I have two which I'm fine with.)Pros:• Super long battery life! Until today, it's never died mid-job.• It's lightweight and surprisingly strong for its build and price. At worst, I have to slightly loosen a particularly stubborn screw by hand first and let the drill handle the rest.• It's very convenient to have around. I often take it out when all I need is a screwdriver because it's light and hardly ever needs charging.• It comes with a nice bit of kit as well. I've drilled drainage holes in my plastic and metal plant pots, holes in wood and in my walls. I think at one point I used the poor thing on stone, which went as well as you'd expect but the drill held up!Cons:Honestly, the only thing I can think of is that it could be stronger, but for its price and convenience, I wouldn't think it'd be fair to call it weak.Highly recommend

Perfect
Absolutely perfect for 26 quid punches we'll above it price point. Drill bits with it are rubbish. would advise getting some half decent one's. Battery life is OK used for about 2 hours and still going strong on first charge. Great little Drill if your on a budget

Excellent value for money
Second time lucky. First order delivered very timely - product did not work.Second time order - product also came very timely. What a great item. I usually use my power drill as a screw driver - quite heavy. This item is light and powerful. Battery life is very good. Our school Caretaker has owned one for many years, almost daily use - so I brought one.Definitely not disappointed.Vale for money - excellent - probably on par with a more expensive item.Perfect addition to my DIY tools. Great design as well as light and comfortable to use.

Not heavy duty
Not bad value considering the price. Drills into wood fine (built a shed with it) but won't drill through brick - just not powerful enough.

Great performance and value!
I was looking for a second drill to be used more as a screwdriver; I have a Makita hammer drill. It is good for light drilling (wood, plastic, and metal) but brilliant as a screwdriver with variable torque!I was alway drilling hole, changing bit, screw driving, changing bit, drilling etc. etc.Charges quickly and amazing value!

Ideal home DIY drill driver
Light and comfortable in the hand. Charges quite quickly. Enough torque for most tasks around the house. Keyless chuck and comes with a few bits and drivers to set you right up

Could be better, but it wouldn't be so cheap!
I really needed a drill and wanted one that was battery powered and had a screwdriver function. I got this one as it was one of the cheapest in that space. When it arrived I found it smaller than I expected and lower quality. That said, it has done everything I have asked of it so far (I don't ask much) and the battery seems to last well for my needs (I've only recharged it once in the last month or so). I am happy with this purchase, but will still need something more powerful for the bigger jobs.For:- Reasonably priced (although I note that the price has gone up since I purchased mine at £34.99)- Good enough for odd jobs around the house. Way better than doing everything by hand.- Battery life is okay. I was pleased than it never cut out when doing a longer job.- Battery slots in easily - it isn't fiddly- It has a torch that might come in handy sometimes- Feels good in the hand. Nice size (it turns out), comfy grip, easy to get to controls, chuck-less bit changeAgainst:- Drill struggles and slows with anything a bit more meaty- Case is really badly made, the drill bits are too large for their built in slots. Even the manufacturer hadn't bother to squeeze them in and half were loose in the box. The smallest one you will literally never get to go in its dedicated slot - so be careful not to lose it (see pic).- This is not an allrounder - it is fine for screwing and smaller drilling jobs. It'll need a big brother for anything else.In conclusion:You get what you pay for. I am happy enough with this small drill and it gets a lot of use. Yes it has its limitations, but you can't get a good allrounder for anywhere near this price. So I would recommend this as a practical tool to have around the house - but a no-no for any serious jobs (e.g. wooden constructions).
