I’ve been mixing it in my Kefir for the added prebiotics. It mixes well and has a slight taste of Red beets. I happen to love fresh beets and don’t mind the flavor at all. I believe it is a good product and recommend it for those folks who like taste of beets.

I’ve been using this prebiotic powder every day, and it has truly become an essential part of my daily wellness routine. It blends well into smoothies, yogurt, or even just water. Since starting, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my digestion.

The item came in with a cracked lid, so I’m afraid to use it. There was no return available on the item. So now I’m stuck with it.

Great product. I use it in my smoothies in the morning.

I add this to my morning smoothie and it adds a great flavor and I feel better after drinking it!

I know this is healthy and I've had many a product that tasted awful, but this one really tastes bad to me. I'll get through the one canister, but won't order it again unless I can figure out a way to make it taste better.UPDATE-I started adding it to my smoothies and can barley taste it. I might change my mind and continue using it.

I got this product after a course of antibiotics to help with some digestive issues. This has a really nice fruity/earthy taste, but digestion didn’t noticeably change.
