Zero star rating for security camera set
Never buy this product. This is a scam being run by CloudTech Retail and Amazon together. The camera set arrived with defective power supply and defective 1 TB hard disk. After I installed it I am struggling to get replacement of these two items from Amazon. The company is doing fraud and now the entire kit is dysfunctional due to defective parts. The Amazon executives and delivery guys are playing cat mouse game with me.

Decent DVR with bad Disk
The DVR is fine and works as expected but the seller decided to ruin the package by providing unknown (read cheap and unreliable) manufacturer's hard disk. The drive worked fine for just 2 days and then has been giving constant errors. The seller should have avoided giving such bad hard disk and reduced the price of the package a little. Even some camera connectors were faulty which I ended buying from local market. Its not the products by Honeywell but the seller's choice of accompanying components which has taken away 2 stars from the rating.

For the Brand Honeywell i have purchased
For 8 camera we have received SMPS which is supporting for only 2 cameras, 1 coil of Cable is not sufficient. so additionally spent 2500 rs to complete the installation.1 TB Hard disk is Good and camera clarity is good.So please confirm in the product lists to create awareness to the customer.For

Not good service support..only remote support we can't have all the testing
not a good option to fix the error from remote...

Extremely cheap quality, everyday new glitches, software is so irritating, laggy & not useful! Dont even consider buying. I made a mistake
