Well built, fast transferring multi card Magic!
Beautifully engineered product, that impresses right out of the box! Had a little protective peel off plastic sheet, that kept it scratch free in its packaging. I use it for transferring photos from variety of different Memory Stick, CF and SD cards to my desktop and laptop computers. Works perfectly, easy to use, and fast with its USB 3.0 speed. Way better than my old one that it replaced. Just a great looking, perfectly functioning device made in friendly Taiwan!

Good product
I needed an adapter for my computer and this one was cheap and worked really well. I used it to move pictures that I had on my SD card to my computer and worked fast and easy. It’s a nice size and I would recommend it!

It’s for the budget minded and works great.
I purchased this because the price was lower. I was concerned about the quality. It exceeded my expectations! Just plug in and use. It has handled all sizes of memory cards it’s stated to work with. I had to go through 30+ cards for a project I’m on. It handled all the cards with a snug fit and good connectivity.

Works great!
I got this to load files onto some SD memory cards and it works just fine. Cheap, plug-and-play, small. If you have an old computer that doesn't come with SD card slot it's essential in the modern world if you use game consoles or digital cameras.

Much better speed for downloading files from my cards to PC.
Updated again on 11NOV2024. Back to 5 stars. Turned out I needed a Windoze 10 (mis-spelled on purpose with a tone of derision) update, which has returned functionality of this card reader with the USB hub cited below. Getting 75Mbs with an XC II SD ScanDisk card of video files, which is better than the 18Mbps download on this reader with an XC I SD card.Updated 11NOV2024. Downgraded from 5 to 3 stars. Had this issue initially but thought it could me me. Me? rig builder since 1994, software expertise, database creator content creator /editor etc. This card readers has continued to give me issues of not working with my high-end USB hub at 12V 10Gbps in either USB or USB-C connections. I have to unplug that peripheral hub (video editing hardware, camera, Wacom tablet, etc.) and plug them card reader directly into my computer to work. It is a gaming rig with high end GPU, 48GB RAM, etc. Keyboard and mouse are connected via KVM of course. I think the card reader is a power hog, but I like the fast download speeds for video files my my DLSRs and camcorders. I often have to restart the Computer after using the card reader since my hub is not aways recognized when reconnecting it, which negates the faster download speed of this card reader.Original 08OCT2024This card reader has much better speed for downloading photos and videos from my varied format cards for DLSR's, Camcorders, Drones, and 4K Gimbal Cameras.I have cards from Compact Flash (CF) through some of the latest, from which I download video and photos to my robust desktop computer.Real world speeds improved from about 125-125Mbps to about 300-350Mbps. Even faster with newer cards. Speeds vary according to card type, number of files, and size of files, as expected.Well worth the price.

inexpensive, but worked well
I was pleasantly surprised that an inexpensive device would work this well. The pictures that I down loaded from my camera's SD card were just as clear and colorful as they were when originally viewed.
