Cardstock Warehouse Wood Veneer White Birch Wood - 12 x 12" - 12 Pt. Thick Premium Cardstock Paper - 10 Sheets

I bought these to make wooden-looking Scrabble tile letters for my bulletin board at school. I held my breath sending these through the copier at school, but there was no need to worry. I put the settings on heaviest cardstock paper and 8½x11, and had no problems at all making my letter tiles. They turned out really cool, and my fellow crafters at school were impressed at how realistic they looked. I was able to laminate them and cut them easily, and the bulletin board turned out great!

I am pleased with this veneer card stock. Worked great in my HP Inkjet printer. I used to commemorate a recent Hole-in-One. Despite the $150 cost I tried to order a plaque from the country club, but for whatever the reason the pro shop staff could not work it out. With this product I printed the details, glued it to a piece of 1" cherry board and then glued the golf ball and a picture from my I phone. The project was easy, turned out beautifully, and cost less than $5.

The wood grain in the product photo shows it running the length of the pages, but the pack I got had it running crosswise. It is very nice veneer, but I need it to run the long way so I had to return it.

The paper smelled just like wood and the feeling was similar too. I very much enjoyed the purchase of this paper. Definitely recommend.

While it cuts well and has the wooden appearance I wanted, this is floppy, slightly curly paper, not actually cardstock. I had to glue it to actual cardstock to use for notebook covers, and it buckled with the application of glue. SO, if you're going to use this for cardstock applications, invest in some real cardstock and a gluestick or yes paste (or similar non-wrinkling adhesive) to supplement this. I bought this expecting it to be like the other wood veneer cardstock which was purchased locally. It is not the same.Disregard my previous advice on adhesives - the only thing I tried that hasn't left obvious wrinkles is spray adhesive. Yes, even with gluestick you can see exactly where the glue was and wasn't applied, and there's no way to coat the whole sheet before it starts to dry.

This stuff is great for layering craft dies. It give flowers that little bit extra dimension that just tops them off. Especially on tags. It took me a long time to figure out how someone made a beautiful tag they sent me. It was the paper!
