Yummy, easy, good results.
I love this cookbook. Easy to follow and inspirational. I aim for vegan or plant based meals just a few days a week and this makes me want to eat that way everyday just so I can try all of the recipes.

It is a great book! Been following Niomi for a while now and her book is nothing short of amazing. All the recipes are yummy, regardless if you are a vegan or just looking to incorporate some more veggies into your diet. Very well thought through and structured layout plus a beautiful design. Makes a great present!

Simple ingredients, easy to follow recipes
I do not follow a plant-based diet, but I enjoy trying out the recipes in this cookbook. The ingredients are simple (I live in a country where it isn't always easy to get the latest-fashion foods) and the recipes are easy to follow. I find most of the meals really good, though some are a little strange (though this could say more about my cooking abilities than the book itself)!

Good for vegans
It's a plant based recipe book filled with vegan recipes. the author wrote about herself and how she got into making the recipes. it's good recipes, I've seen her videos on you tube or how I came upon buying her book. The recipes are good if you're a vegan or not vegan.

I recently tried out the plant based lifestyle and this book has been my life saver. Everything is pretty easy to make and tastes delicious!! I love Niomi and I love her book!

I thought I was going to love it…
I bought this recipe book thinking it would offer great plant-based recipes to enhance my diet. In all honesty, most of the recipes didn’t appeal to me once I actually wanted to use the book so it ended up sitting in the bookshelf for years. Fast forward to 2024, I recently donated it during a book festival and noticed that it got picked up right away by another patron. Hopefully it fits their lifestyle and palette better than mine. Unless you’re into the minimalist, ‘model body’ diet lifestyle…I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time buying this book.

Gorgeous, Sleek, Professional!
This book is beautiful, thorough and lovingly put together. Niomi not only includes her own recipes, but her story as well and important details about a proper balanced diet, what "superfoods" are and how to cook with them, and how to eat well for cheap. I have already successfully recreated some of her Youtube recipes and LOVED them, so I can't wait to try the ones in the book.

Smart cookbook choice
This book is very informative and filled with healthy recipes. Not Vegan, but it is especially inspiring for making healthier food choices. Very tastefully presented and worth every dollar..
