This product is great and does exactly what it sets out to do! And opens a whole new world of possibilities for my home.For the negative comments, I feel that there is a misunderstanding on the expectations from this product.If You want this to work remotely, it needs a hub. It's very clear.As for Bluetooth issues I can't really comment as I use exclusively with Alexa and a hub and it works fine.Thumbs up for the product and more importantly the support.I have old central ac units that I could not put a smart thermostat on.. with this now I can make routines to turn on and off remotely with some routines etc in my vacation home when I'm away and it reaches a certain temperature(different sensor) for example. Overall one of the best gadgets out there. You just need to know what you're getting .

It won't work if i'm outside the house. If you are at home and then want to connect and use it via the application then it works.

Very good

This product can only be turned on with the app when you are near it. Otherwise, when you leave home it won’t turn on with the app if you are far away. I prefer finding another product but so far it’s fine.
