The product itself is ok, but i don't feel any improvement in my neck. But I don't now if other types of this device would have been better or if this whole idea for neck stretches and relief is not real.

I really like this neck stretcher! It’s sturdy and well made, soft to the touch and came with the cutest, softest storage bag. It has helped my neck tremendously!

This set in includes a firm yet resilient neck relaxer, which is a fairly standard shape and material, along with some design improvements like a drawstring carrying bag and a removable fabric "pillowcase". The fabric for the drawstring bag is a shiny, teal-tone polyester. It's pretty, although it doesn't match the color of the neck relaxer. The carrying bag is made of a woven fabric, which may unravel easily, and the interior seams aren't finished, so the carrying bag is unlikely to survive being laundered, and the seams may pull apart if it's used frequently.The "pillowcase" is a combination of two styles of woven polyester, with a zipper on one side. The pillowcase pieces are comfortable and well measured to fit tightly against the neck relaxer without wrinkling. However, there were numerous loose thread ends inside the pillowcase, and some of them caught on the zipper pull, jamming it so that the cover could not be removed for washing.Although it's a great idea to add a carrying bag and washable cover as improvements to the neck relaxer, it's best to create pieces that are well crafted and durable. This neck stretcher is a great way to get some relief from the comfort of home. It is simple to use and really makes my neck feel good afterward. It helps with posture and pain. There are acupressure points incorporated into the design.There may be a few extremely sensitive people that may have a problem with this device. It requires patience. It is uncomfortable, particularly in the beginning, but you do eventually get used to it. You can start out slowly and increase your time on it to maximize the benefits. Although the device itself is not adjustable, you can lie across it in either of two directions, one being more gentle than the other.This comes with a pillow case. I don’t bother using it.This neck stretcher is a passive way to address posture and pain issues - without medication. I absolutely recommend this.

First impression - I’m really impressed! This is a blue foam neck pillow in a nice, fitted pillowcase. It came in a blue satin draw string bag for storage, which is really nice!First night - I tried it for 5-10 minutes. Feels quite firm, but not uncomfortable. Haven’t noticed any effects yet, but I’ll add this to my night routine and see how it goes.Week later - I've used this for several nights now, it doesn’t seem to have much effect while using it, but I’ll use it for a few weeks.Three weeks - I’ve been using this every night with a skincare sheet mask, it’s very relaxing. I’m not sure if it’s having much of an effect, but my neck does crack (a little) while using it. I think it's comfortable and generally relaxing. I haven't noticed any change in my posture or neck hump situation, but I'll keep using it and update if anything changes.

This is very well made and comfortable to use. I love that it comes with a nice storage bag and a soft pillowcase. Unfortunately it just isn't tall enough to provide enough of a stretch for my long neck.
