The Hema-Plex Iron Chewables are a quick source of energy for me on days that I lack energy. No stomach upset. A great value for your money.

I have had an iron deficiency my entire life and have always had a hard time finding Iron supplements that don't upset my stomach. Iron tablets can be hard to digest and iron gummies taste terrible. I had hoped these would be a good alternative but in the few short weeks I took them, I wound up violently ill twice. Not sure what exactly in them did not sit well with me but, forgive my bluntness, no other iron supplement has ever made me vomit like this. Some of the tablet form supplements have made me queasy but these made me physically ill. If you're someone who, like me, has a hard time processing iron, there are gel cap versions that are a much better option.

They seem to give me more energy and I feel like I look less pale at first the taste was doable but now it’s hard to swallow but I’m going to continue with them. I do get constipated with them but it’s working that’s all I needed them to do
