Fun product and great company
My kids love this set. It's great to use the different settings for multiple ages. Our charger was damaged when we had it in our RV and were involved in a wreck and the company replaced it and shipped it to us at no charge.

We love them
We have had a of of fun with these. You can pick you gun and select how many hits you can take; you reset really easily. My son is 4 and can handle all the things. Just hard to set up at first with teams as learning it all, but once you have it… you have it. Have a long charge, too.

Great option for affordable at home laser tag
These are simple to set up and don't take up a ton of space. We are 4 in our family and are able to play individually or on teams. Heads up if your hiding... Sometimes the vest gets pinged through walls. My kiddo's like this because this is a game where the playing field is leveled. Instructions aren't super clear but linking them is pretty self explanatory. My 7yo figured it out.

Customer Service Resolved Issue
The set worked well and my kids enjoyed using it until a chip fried on the charging dock. I contacted the company and they have offered to send a replacement dock for free. I have not yet received it, but it has been easy to correspond with Rebecca to resolve the issue.

Missing the yellow vest
Open the box ASAP . I waited till 12/22/24 and found it was missing the yellow vest for the yellow gun. Emailed the manufacturer. No response.
