I used them on a job I had to do & they work very well.

The only dislike is they do not hold as good as I wanted. Once set they did not move just don’t bump them on the ground. The flats are close to normal stair layout. And if you need to adjust a little they are not off by much. Worked well on my stringers.

Major upgrade from my old stair gauges , they loom anbiut as thick as a penny next to these hoggdaddys. Real slick trick putting the silicone pad where it clamps onto your square cuz it makes em real stable and difficult to be knocked off the mark. And they DO work on your circular saw fences for strippin out some cuts real quick. Ifni lose these ill defineitly gotnsome more and hell i might just buyem nkw and keep em in my box somi wont have to wait for new ones to show. Make good ammo for nut=checkin the apprentices too

Met my expectations

These are great for laying out risers.

They don't fit my plastic squares which is a real bummer. I measured their geometry and it's very accurate which is nice. One of the thumb screw holes is too loose and makes it difficult to use since it wants to move around when being tightened. Other than that they are functional. I should have returned them because of the loose screw.

Good quality and nice size for laying out stringers. They are 1-1/4" tall and about 7/8" below framing square (contact zone with stringer)
