best. sunscreen. EVER!
Best sunscreen ever! !! I've been trying a lot of natural sunscreens for my 14 month old and I this summer. I've been looking for something that doesn't have nasty chemical sunscreens, non nano, and easy to apply. This is it. I don't think most people realize that if you're going to be in the sun for an extended period of time, you must reapply every 80 minutes. I make sure to every hour or so and this sunscreen makes it easy. It's continuous spray but non aresol. we are vacationing right now in Austin and it's August. We've been out and about in the sun pretty much non stop and my daughter and I aren't even a little pink! (We are very fair skinned and I am paranoid about skin cancer). its easy to spray and rub in. doesn't leave you white or greasy, but you still know when it's there and then you need to reapply. I highly recommend this sunscreen!

This was not effective sunscreen for us
I purchased this sunscreen as it is a natural option, & the ingredient list online did not include coconut oil, which I am topically allergic to. When I received the sunscreen I checked the ingredient list on the bottle again(like I always do, just to make sure, & it included coconut oil. This was frustrating to begin with, as I WOULD NOT have purchased it if the list online would have matched up with the bottle’s list of ingredients. I used it on my family, as they’re not sensitive to coconut oil topically. All 3 were sunburned after re-applying at least once(my husband rest-applied twice) & we were only in the sun for a total of 3-3.5 hours. Then, when I tried to re-apply on my daughter’s skin, I shook the bottle a bit, & sprayed it on, only to have it be goopy in texture & VERY difficult, nearly impossible to rub into the skin. It was very hard to spread. This was a huge miss for me, & I will not purchase this brand/line of sunscreen again. And, I DO NOT recommend it, to anyone. I was leery of purchasing this sunscreen, as the reviews were mixed, but I decided to try one bottle, as it was natural & free of the ingredients that I needed to avoid. I’m very disappointed with this product.

Great product!
Great product!!! I am a redhead with the common problem of being burnt in the sun if I don't use any protection. I prefer coconut oil when I will be in the sun short term, but this product is great for people who are health/product conscious and who will be in the sun longer than a half hour or so. I had no issue with this product giving my skin a white tint - but that could just be because my skin is so pale already ;) I bought this to use when I went to Universal Studios in Florida and I reapplied every hour and a half-ish and had no issues at all! Highly recommend.

Not really good as a spray, but decent overall.
Overall, I was quite pleased with this product. I was a little leery about its viability (and worried about the spray function not working), but we spent a weekand a half in the glaring Florida sun and came home as pasty pale as the day we arrived. That's actually quite a feat for my family, since while my kids burn just by looking at the sun, I tend to tan just as easily. No burns and no tans for us! Good compromise. That being said, this isn't a spray that you apply directly from the bottle, which negates some of its ease of use. I did that once and we ended up bringing the child into the restroom and wiping him down because it was too thick and he looked like he was covered in white spraypaint! I spent the rest of the vacation spraying it into my hand and then rubbing it onto the child (and myself; husband and oldest son opted for the "traditional" commercial sprays after the first day). I really hate sunscreen, so the physical application was gross for me (hence the reason I went for the spray can in the first place rather than just getting a tube and rubbing it in), but it wiped off cleanly using just a baby wipe (the kind with a little grip, like Huggies, not the slimy kind), so bonus points for that. The smell is not unpleasant, and once it dries, I forgot I had it on. So, overall, I can't complain. It's better than applying what comes out of a tube, and (theoretically) less chemicals than the major store brands.

Superb
I like to spray this on my hand and then apply it that way. I think it saves on waste.Great sun screen, a little goes far. I tan easily, within 15 minutes, but with a very thin application I can stay out for an hour+ no problems. I haven't tested staying out longer. It seems you need to use so little that there really is no visible sunscreen after applying, but I'm paler than the average person so results for others may vary.Love the fact that it's reef safe and bio degradable.

Bottles are hit or miss
I tried this product out over the weekend and, happily, was sunburn free. The product sprays on a milky white and the color disappears after rubbing it around. I, personally, like the color since you can visibly see your coverage. The product sprays on a little concentrated, so you will need to use your hands to spread the product a bit. Even with the manual spreading, it is still so much more convenient than a lotion. I was able to get away with one application each day and even after sweating, hiking, and swimming, the sun didn't touch me. I even sprayed it on my face and it did not feel heavy. This is the only truly natural spray sunscreen that I have found that does contain endocrine-disrupting ingredients. I'm sold and will buy again.Update: I've purchased a few bottles of the same product, and recently had one that seemed to not be mixed well. No matter how hard or how long I shook the bottle, the product would not mix. The result, is the bottle sprays all of the thin water and very thick lotion out separately. This also causes the nozzle to clog, so that all of the product cannot be used. When the separation happens, the lotion part is so thick, that it takes forever to rub in. I've seen this issue mentioned in other reviews, and it finally happened to me....while on a backpacking trip.....with no other sunblock option.
