Q: is there any dark corner or color cast appeared?

These filters have a really bad color cast. I threw mine away.

Q: If i stack the nd2 and nd8 filters, does that come out to be an nd16? i'm trying to put about an nd16 on for the eclipse.

Idk, but be careful. I put one in a lens and it never came off.. lens was useless to me after that.

Looks Standard thickness,similar to a Hoya Standard UV

No because it's not available in an 85mm size. There are 6 sizes available from 52mm to 77mm. Are you sure your lens is 85mm? That sounds like the focal length, not the diameter of the lens.
