Inaccurate
Reads temperature to hot. No idea how to calibrate it. Looked online for some kind of instructions with no luck.

Was a gift and they used it and like it.

Easy to use
Works perfectly to check the meat as I'm cooking. I tried it out last night on the cod, which needed to be 145 degrees in the pan, and it showed it was at 165. Easy directions...just put in the battery and set for Celcius or Fahrenheit.

I wish the reading was instant, it takes quite a while to read the actual temperature. Other than that, it works well. A decent buy for the price overall.
