I chose this one because of the lavender fragrance. I was disappointed that the fragrance is barely noticeable. Also, the size of the pad is disappointing. It is very small, so it does not stay in place very well. It heats nicely but does not retain heat for very long. I will be returning it.

I have given this asa gift for one of my nieces who suffers from menstrual cramps, and I bought one for myself for tense muscles (neck and shoulder), It works either with heating in microwave or freezing in the freezer.

was very optimistic when I purchased this It was a little pricey, but liked the reviews. I followed directions, 90 seconds in the microwave , and burned, I took the cover off and it was ripped and the inside filling was falling out. I am very disappointed I can't return it and I can't use it. so 45.00 was wasted. I an hoping the seller can come up with a solution
