Although my daughter herself isn’t greatly motivated this book does bring her some motivation to engage and complete prompts.The inside and out is a super cute presentation.The space for writing inside is totally sufficient for a child and prompts make it easy to use. It’s nice to look back and be able to track how the days and weeks have gone.Would recommend for a kid with ADHD. The functionality of a built-in to-do list takes away the argument of Mom being the one to assign the task as well as the last section that asks what they have done for someone else today encourages them to start thinking of empathy if that is a struggle, your child is Experiencing developmentally

My son loves to track what he needs to get done then check it off. The layout is super easy, not overwhelming. This is a good quality notebook. Great motivation for him!

I use this for my kids and it gives them good direction for the day. Theres a checklist that tells them to make beds do chores ect. It has helped them to form some pretty good habits. Its also very reliable even if spaghetti or juice falls on the pages it docent fall apart which I'm super thankful for.

I have been using this with my kids and they really like having to check mark their tasks. They’re even excited about getting them done so they can mark it in their calendar. I also like a lot the fact that it’s undated and we get to write the date of the days we use it.

I bought this for our 10 year old granddaughter to add to her trick or treat bag. She loved it. Helps kids to stay organized. I would recommend.
