The best laptop I’ve ever owned, by a long way
This is the second Surface laptop I’ve bought - the first was new and for myself, and this latest one was this reconditioned one and for a relative.Both are absolutely first class - by some way the best laptops I’ve owned (and I also own a much more expensive one made by Microsoft’s fruity rival, beginning with ‘A’, by way of comparison), which I wasn’t expecting.The design and build quality really is excellent, the materials used are really premium and the tech is exceptional.For price you pay for the reconditioned one it’s a real steal. There’s a really tiny bit of wear on the keyboard of the one I received, but otherwise it’s as new.I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another if I needed one. If fact I wouldn’t even look for an alternative, I’m that impressed.

Faulty product
I ordered the refurbished surface laptop, with the description claiming it to be in excellent condition. Other than a couple of minor scratches it was in pretty good condition. However; couple of it's keys on the keyboard didn't work. It's so disappointing that amazon selling a refurbished product claiming to be in excellent condition, lacks basic testing and poor quality controls. Not good

OK laptop
Bascially ok. Cames with in a dent in the lid and a 'bright spot' on the screen which I am monitoring. Currently reloading software and data sand will see what it is like.

Faulty keys on keyboard
The media could not be loaded. Sadly some off the keys on the laptop did not work when it arrived! Poor quality for an item advertised as excellent condition.

Very happy came as described to be honest better than i expected.Was concerned with other reviews would have simply sent it back if it wasn’t as expected.Came pre installed windows 11 pro. 2020 model i5 chipset.
