Worked but I had to add to the kerf
The product looks and feels to be of good quality. I went to start my project on my doors but found out that the kerf was 3/16” and my old doors (probably early to mid 90’s) were 1/4”. So I put the project off to debate on what to do. I spent a few hours looking for a weather stripping with a 1/4” kerf but I didn’t have much luck. Someone out there may know more about that than me. I did find a weather stripping site that stated that 1/4” kerf was no longer made and that their customers usually made some modification to allow the 3/16” to work. With that I gave up my search and began brainstorming what to do. I decided to use some cardboard. I decided on cardboard because it was readily available easy to cut and my wrap around porch keeps my exterior doors out of harsh weather. I used one piece of cardboard jammed it into the kerf cut out marked it with a pencil and then cut it with a pair of scissors. Fitting it into the cut out was a bit of a project tucking the cardboard inch by inch. The fit seems to be tight enough to hold. A frost may change my mind but I kept the old weatherstripping just in case of such an issue. I am hoping the new weatherstripping will help keep out the Asian lady bettles along with the cold this winter.

Better than expected!
I have 95" tall doors and nothing HD or Lowe's sells, in a single section is long enough. For the prices, this cannot be beat! I was expecting a single roll @ 78' but got 3 sections. This was fine for my application but if you're doing tall doors like I did, keep in mind it's not a single run. The thickness seems a bit more than HD's product and the seals fit more snuggly. I'll definitely buy this again if I ever need to replace my seals.
