They are larger than expected. Covered my entire lower back. Extremely cold. Colder than the normal gel packs I have bought in the past. Made extremely well. Would buy this brand again in other products they offer. I bought one for my son as well!!

Men the pain relief that comes from wearing this brace is outstanding. It’s easy to use, work well when sitting because of its flexibility and the ice retention is long lasting. It also has great coverage .

The Velcro band on this ice pack is plenty long and makes it easy to strap on. I also like the fabric side which is comfortable on top of clothing -- no additional towel or protection needed. It comes out of the freezer relatively soft and moldable. Comes with a storage bag to protect it in the freezer The downside is that it doesn't stay cold that long. It barely makes it to the recommended 20 minute application time. That being said I still think it was a good purchase.

Incredible! I just got a total hip replacement & this ice pack covers every spot I need. It’s so comfortable I will probably be sleeping with it on. Immediately after putting it on I felt relief from the pain, & using the freezer bag it comes with ensures theres no leakage. The price is definitely worth it.

This is amazing. It gets cold and STAYS cold for way longer than you'd expect! The straps are soft and don't irritate my leg or rough up my clothes. The ice pack is still soft and malleable after being frozen and it gets cold enough that it still works on the velvet side even through clothes (which isn't always the case with other ice packs I've had). If you need a long lasting and comfy ice pack, get one of these. They're amazing!

I have an old back brace that has an area to insert the ice pack but it's become stretched out and will only work on your back/torso/waist. With that one you only need to freeze the ice pack. With this you have to keep the entire thing in the freezer, but it's still very nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was difficult making it tight enough. My stretched out one can still be tightened well. Although I liked it otherwise, thise one felt bulkier and slipped around. But we're keeping it.
