So Good !
I used this cure to make bacon from a slab of belly pork. It鈥檚 easy to use with clear instructions. The bacon took six days to make and was excellent. I have used Tong Master cures a few times and the results are consistent, the bacon is tasty, not salty and so much better than commercially produced bacon.
