Foodspring Whey Protein Strawberry 750g

Following an injury last year I've been doing a lot of physio and wanted to up my protein intake to help with recovery between my strengthening exercises. I used to have the occasional shake but never liked the taste of them, but this is genuinely really good. I have tried this with cow's milk, plant milk and water (separate times of course) and it stands the test. The thickness depends on the liquid e.g cow's milk will be thicker than plant milk ,and plant milk will be thicker than water. Now I didn't think I'd like it with water based on previous experiences, but it's not too bad, certainly a lot better than other shakes I've tried. Also it may seem obvious, but in case you're struggling with lumpy shakes/mixing properly, I 100% advise using a hand blender. I get nice smooth shakes every time. Looking forward to trying the rest of the range once I run out.

Coconut protein powder isn't that common, so I normally get Vanilla, which is often too sickly sweet. As soon as I saw this Coconut powder, I ordered it and had my first shake today. Delicious flavour and not overly sweet at all. This will be my go to now!

High in protein, low in carbs and fat. Taste is a little too sweet for my liking. Great for smoothies and mixing into coffee/hot chocolate.

One of the best protein powders out there. Great taste, blends perfectly and tasty in porridge too.

I purchased this because from the reviews seemed to be a good product, however, it left me very neutral, not bad and not good. Solubility is good, taste is 7 out of 10 and results probably 5.6 out of 10

First time trying protein powder and this was great. Not clumpy or powdery in taste, subtle sweetness to it. I add to smoothies for some extra protein and it blends really well. Will definitely order again when I run out!

Excellent flavour. Very much beneficial to my routine exercises. Taking this regularly now since last few months and I can see improvement in all aspects of my overall health

Un ottimo prodotto tra i similari in circolazione, buon sapore, assenza di grumi, corretto rapporto tra qualità e prezzo.

Das whey Protein schmeckt gut und klumpt nicht. Wird schön schaumig und ist gut bekömmlich. Preislich wohl etwas höher, als andere. Dafür schmeckt es auch besser nach meinem Empfinden. Es gibt auch Proben von verschiedenen Sorten, falls man erstmal ausprobieren möchte.
