Whelping Box (Small)

I bought this product from Home and Roost having previously had a terrible experience buying a cardboard whelping box elsewhere.For a few pounds more I now have a strong, sturdy, safe and reusable whelping box.The box consists of four pieces of ply wood and four pig bars, it took five minutes to put together, you will need screws and there are no instructions but it’s so easy.There is no bottom, I laid some tarp on the floor followed by cardboard then another sheet of tarp, towels and pee pads. The frame of the box holds everything nicely in place.The Hutch Company were excellent to deal with as a seller, I contacted them in a panic as I needed a whelping box urgently and they dispatched it immediately and it arrived by courier in less than 24 hours NO delivery charge.I couldn’t be happier, they were everything you should expect from a professional seller.Word of warning avoid the cardboard versions and avoid a company called Pet Nap.

Good size but, surprised me it's come without under sole. That make me headache, run after buy something waterproof.

Great whelping box, Ideal size for my cocker and 5 pups.

Just putting the crews in this split the very thin wood, it splintered. Have had to strengthen it. Complete waste of money but no tile to send it back hence spending more money to strengthen it and make it safe for the pups with the splinterung being made good. Nice idea but quality is shocking

This is excellent. Good solid box

It's ok I suppose but rough and sharp edges.Use gloves to assemble otherwise you'll get splinters. Also maybe worth getting some sandpaper so you can round off the edges.Expected a better finish for what is effectively 4 bits of (thin) ply & 4 lengths of wood.

The media could not be loaded. Suitable size with plenty of space.Well priced,easy to clean and safe for growing pups.
