Will you replace buttons that stop working within a few weeks? If you don’t, can you buy replacement buttons? The reviews seem to show a pattern…

Yes, we will. If one or more of the buttons quit working, please contact us directly to let us know, as Amazon does not have individual replacement buttons to send to you, Amazon can only have you return/replace a whole set. To contact us, refer to the product instructions included in the order, or through Amazon, you can click on the seller, "Sold by DaVoice" in the product listing (by the add to cart button) then you will see the “Have a Question for DaVoice? Ask a question” button and we can send you a replacement button(s) free of charge. You can also use the link below to contact us:

What can make a button have static or acting glitchy?

Accepted Answer

It is the batteries. Generic or old batteries will make the buttons malfunction - Please invest in good, fresh name brand batteries such as Duracell, as generic batteries can have a lower voltage rate and cause the buttons to play only static, or only play part of a word, and not work properly. It is very important to have fresh name brand batteries installed.
