It's an underrated supplement. Rare to find a B complex that contains the natural form of Vitamin B9 aka Folate. Most supplements contain Folic acid which the body has to convert to Folate , but quite a majority of the population has a genetic mutation that inhibits this conversion. It also contains the natural version of B12, i.e Methylcobalamin instead of Cyanocobalamin. So, overall it's a great package. However I wish Vitamin B1 could also been in its natural form . I haven't found any supplement that has natural B1. B9 and B12 in natural form is still a big win. A great supplement

This is a health supplement. Intake. A slightly expensive stuff. Price should be lowered so everyone can buy.

As fas as nutrition facts of vitamins go, it has good quality of them. But it has been a month, I have seen no change on myself. Rather try other supplements.

Unived is adding a good chunk of moringa extract to this supplement. my recent blood work came out very bad after having this Bcomplex for 4 months straight. My iron levels have reduced to half. Moringa is inhibiting absorption. I suggest unived to come up with a formula that is potent yet doesn't interfere with bioavailability of other minerals and nutrients.

This product doesn't work, my vitamin b12 levels goes down.If you are consuming this product then check your b12 levels after one month.

Pyridoxine HCL is not bio available it should be B6 Active form P-5-P rest all B complex bio available and natural form.
