Q: The dexas superboard i have now is made of a man-made granite, like what's on a counter top, is this board made like the smaller one i bought?

This one is plastic that is made to look like dull granite. Shows every scratch, too.

Q: Is the "granite" light gray or light blue? I already have a light blue one & "granite" looks light gray in the photo, but what arrived is light blue.

I bought the Midnight Granite one 3 years ago and the color then was the same as shown on the Amazon site so I would suspect the light granite version a light gray like the picture shows.

Q: Will it stain (for ex., from red bell peppers)?

Here's an answer for you: 1) No, it won't stain if you rinse it off soon after you've used it, and then sprinkle some cleanser and/or bleaching agent on it. 2) DON'T use this board as a cutting board as having since used it as such with a meat cleaver, this board WILL Crack and Break!
