I havent experienced any problems with my Bluetooth set. The sound quality is more than enough and with the helmet i have (Matte black, triangle), they installed exceptionally easy! They are plenty loud enough to get over the roar of my 1100 vstar! i love the quick radio communication pair up. It makes riding with a passenger and/or another biker so much more enjoyable. i dont have to waste my phone battery to call my riding partner and i dont have to try to scream to tell them i am having fun! It makes it much more enjoyable to bring someone on a ride because we can still ride in silence if we want, but if we need/want to communicate we dont have to sign or stop. Great product! Different colors would be nice though.

Easy to install and use. Just wish they could be a bit louder, but work great and have had no issues with them so far. Clear sound, easy to use.

This product works very good, but the volume could go a bit higher for expressway speeds. I guess my older ears need a little more volume. I've been told I come thru very clear, while talking on the phone, even at expressway speeds.

This audio headset was easy to install and the sound itself is great.

I bought the two pack. Installation was pretty straight forward. The leads are a very long. Sound quality was better than I had inspected. I installed one in my dirt helmet mainly for listing to music. I didn't want to break the bank on a Sena (Like I have in my street helmet) I was very surprised with the quality of the audio. It was much better than my Sena with the stock speakers. The other unit I installed in my son's helmet. He likes his as well.
